How Do Fastbraces Work?

The process works by moving the roots first, then the tooth crown afterward. Fastbraces work on the tooth as a whole. Based on the technique, Fastbraces are faster in achieving the intended results that typical traditional braces.

What Are the Unique Benefits of Fastbraces?

  • It is a modern invention – it has been proved and tested as an effective orthodontic treatment measure. Further, being a modern invention means that it features several improvements that improve the effectiveness of orthodontic treatment.
  • Gets the job done faster – one of the biggest downers for adults with braces is having to wear them for a long time. Traditional braces require that you wear them consistently over a given number of years to achieve the results you want. Instead of wearing your traditional braces for 3 years until you witness a change, you can achieve this in a much shorter period. You will not take years to get done with your treatment. Within weeks or months, your results should already be visible.
  • No replacement wire – with traditional braces, you will need to frequently replace the metal wire holding the brackets together. Replacing the wire helps tighten your braces. Since you cannot do this at home, you will need several dental visits. However, for Fastbraces, the same wire you got for your treatment, in the beginning, is the same one you use throughout your treatment. It is only adjusted for a tighter fit.
  • Cost-effectiveness – Fastbraces costs will be more favorable for you than traditional braces, in the long run. Technically, you need very few visits to the dental facility. This takes away some of the costs you may need to spend with traditional braces. Besides, you will only be wearing Fastbraces for a few months, as opposed to 2 or 3 years of traditional braces wear-time.
  • Improved oral hygiene – cleaning your teeth with braces on is difficult. Getting your brush to clean out the spaces covered by the braces is not possible. In time, the braces can leave residues and stains on your teeth’s enamels that are hard to remove. With Fastbraces, you may have little to worry about when it comes to oral hygiene. Since you will be done with your treatment in 6 months or so, you can go back to properly cleaning your teeth. Hardly will there be stubborn stains on your teeth.
  • Improved comfort levels – most patients of traditional braces complain of the discomfort they experienced throughout their treatment period. Fastbraces techniques have tried to alleviate the discomfort that comes with orthodontic treatment. The braces are made to be lighter and more flexible than the typical traditional ones. Besides that, Fastbraces works in a gentle and simultaneous movement of the root and crown of your tooth. The result of this is less friction, pain, and discomfort, as would be the case with traditional braces.
